Reliability and Stability
Only one thing is certain in IT: something will go wrong at some point. So, we design everything in our IT management architecture to combat that and eliminate single points of failure. For instance, our clients receive several methods of data backup, and our security tools offer anywhere from 5 to a dozen layers of protection. We will also ensure that the information confidentiality, integrity and availability is maintained by addressing all known and potential risk thru effective information system controls applied and continually improved to all projects, processes and activities. This can be done by ensuring compliance to applicable information security legal and statutory requirements of relevant parties.

Kevin Bhathal
President & Co-Founder
Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering in addition to over 10 years of experience in the field. He has been leading and mentoring technical teams, managing complex projects for many clients in legal, healthcare, manufacturing, IT, and professional services. Kevin also hold’s multiple certifications with various IT Vendors like Microsoft. He is dedicated to the philosophy of empowerment and capacity building for staff and clients.
Manprit Nijjar
CEO & Co-Founder
Manprit has a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Concordia University, Montreal. Previously, she has worked in Montreal and Toronto’s Financial District. She brings a wealth of expertise in the areas of metrics, reporting, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, investor relations, forecasting, planning, and analysis. Her experience combines strategic vision with the discipline of controller-ship.
Amandeep Singh
Chief Technical Officer
Amandeep has a Master’s degree in Computer Programming from the University of Ottawa. He has also has over 10 years of diverse experience in web development and programming. Amandeep’s work at Jerika Inc. has provided our clients customized tools for their business needs.
